The Whistleblowing System is a manifestation of Citilink's commitment to maintaining integrity, trust, and transparency to achieve good corporate governance. In accordance with PER-2 BUMN Article 45, companies are required to implement a Whistleblowing System ('WBS') as part of governance in handling complaints related to alleged violations.
Citilink's Whistleblowing System aims to:

- Create a healthy and integrated work environment.
- Protect the rights of all parties.
- Prevent/early detect and reduce the Company's risk from any dangers or issues that may harm all parties.
